1. Who we are

This site is operated by Redgate Group Pty Ltd (ABN 84 690 761 749), trading as Redgate Construction. We are a NSW-licensed builder (Licence 488298C) based on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia.

For any questions about this policy or your information, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Whatever you write in the project description (optional)
  • Your IP address and the page URL at the time of submission
  • UTM parameters (e.g. which search ad or link referred you), where present

We don't run accounts or logins. We don't sell anything online. The form is the only place on this site where you actively give us information.

3. How we use it

Form submissions go to our inbox and into our CRM (HubSpot). We use them to reply to you, scope your project, and stay in touch through the quoting and build process.

When you submit the contact form, you will also receive occasional emails from us about our services, relevant construction news, and project updates. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest under the Spam Act 2003 (inferred consent from a commercial enquiry). You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing [email protected].

We do not pass your details to other builders, agents, or contractors without telling you first.

4. Cookies and analytics

We measure how people find and use this site so we can improve it. The tools we use:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — runs at our hosting layer, no cookies, no fingerprinting. Counts page views and where visitors came from. Always on.
  • Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies in your browser to help us understand how visitors use the site (which pages, how long, what they click). Loads only if you accept cookies on the consent banner. Google's privacy policy applies.
  • Meta Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of any Facebook or Instagram advertising we run, and to show our ads to people who've visited this site. Loads only if you accept cookies. Meta's privacy policy applies.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — same role as the Meta Pixel, but for LinkedIn advertising. Loads only if you accept cookies. LinkedIn's privacy policy applies.

You can change your cookie choice anytime via the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

5. Who we share with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and respond to enquiries:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
  • Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • HubSpot — our CRM, used to manage enquiries and follow-up communications.
  • Google — provides analytics if you accept cookies.
  • Meta — provides advertising measurement if you accept cookies.
  • LinkedIn — provides advertising measurement if you accept cookies.

We don't sell your information to anyone. We only share it where necessary to provide the service you came here for.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Send you a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information from our records
  • Unsubscribe you from marketing emails

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

7. How long we keep things

If you become an active customer, we keep project records (contracts, plans, correspondence, invoices) for at least 7 years from project completion, in line with our tax, warranty, and licensing obligations as a builder.

For enquiries that don't lead to a project, we keep your contact details in our CRM until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for any business purpose.

Analytics data follows the default retention of each tool. For Google Analytics 4, that is 14 months from your visit.

8. Questions or complaints

Any concerns about how we handle your information, write to [email protected] and we'll respond.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
